Scottish Country Dancing is a group form of dance with 6 to 8 people and is enjoyed by all ages from beginner to experienced and is the basis of Ceilidh Dancing
Ceilidh Dancing is is usually in partnership with an event with the dancers being usually guided by a caller who instructs them with an easy going band adding to the flavour of the night as the word 'ceilidh' is derived from the word 'party'
